Our story begins back in 1995, when Danny and Lew began working together. They had such a great foundation of friendship, they thought to start building foundations together! In 2010, Fluharty Monroe Construction, INC was established. Both Danny and Lew have lived in SWFL for over 40 years and have extensive knowledge of the area. Danny Fluharty has been a Class-A General Contractor since 1981; Lew Monroe became a Class-A General Contractor in 2000. Together, they have over 70 years’ experience in the concrete & masonry field.

Their knowledge and experience has led them to have a successful business with approximately 100 employees.

A majority of our work consists of custom homes, but we also use our expertise to construct commercial buildings throughout the SWFL area. As seen in our gallery, we take pride in all the work we do. We continue to work hard to help improve SWFL for our residents, future residents, and visitors.
